Hesi V2
I'm kind of confused, If we take the v2 of the hesi, do we just take the subjects that we got low on v1 or the whole thing all over again?

So i went out with my mom yesterday and ate...
with a papa drenched in butter and cheese. EVERYTHING that i had lost within 4 days which was about 2 pounds, all those hours walking on the treadmill (which was about 4hrs 32mins) plus 4days of 30 day shred I had lost in less than an hour; meaning i gained back those two pounds PLUS an extra pound -.- Now i’m not saying that i regret it cause I don’t! I've really let myself go lately & I just gotta...
Starting tomorrow i’m guna:
Start 30 Day Shred (I only went up to level 2 the first time i tried it)
- I need weights ASAP!
Try out this 30 day squat challenge that I’ve been hearing about..
Walk at least an hour on the treadmil
Start doing the Calorie count again
- According to the Lose It App I need about 1,500 sum calories a day to loose 2pounds a week.
